*BOOKING POLICY:
All invoice payments must be made 24 Hours prior to the date of your session. If payment has not been received 24 hours in advance, your session will automatically be cancelled and you must rebook. 
Please ensure you arrive on time for the agreed upon time slot. You must provide notice if you are running late for a session. Your time slot might be altered to avoid affecting other sessions. Failure to do so may result in losing your time slot, and may require an additional booking charge.

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must provide 24 hours notice. If payment has been made for a session that you can no longer attend, you are entitled to a full refund, or we can reschedule. If you don't provide 24 hours notice for a cancellation, you risk losing your payment and may require an additional rebooking payment. 

Exceptional circumstances are considered.
